One thing that we have learned is that you cannot treat the clients behaviors from their addiction, the same. One is nothing like the other. One person's needs are not going to be the same as another. For this reason, everybody that comes into the Anchor Homes Recovery Program is given an assessment by a trained and licensed Clinician to determine what the best level of care is appropriate for the client.
Withdrawal Stabilization - We take the clients to an outpatient detoxification unit. They receive an immediate examination by a medical provider. They have their vitals taken every two hours. These vitals are then reviewed by the medical provider. At the beginning and end of the day, a member of the medical team will perform a withdrawal assessment on the participant to help keep everyone receiving the best care that their condition needs.
PREP - This level of care is a 40 day reprieve from the fast paced world. There are no cell phones, They spend their days striving to reconnect with God. They go through 2 bible studies per day, mixed with Intensive Outpatient Clinical Services. The services received meets the ASAM 3.1 level of care.
Homes - This is our third level of care. It is the level of which they spend the majority of their time. This level of care is individualized for the participant. During this level they are integrated within the community. It is intended to put them in the world where they will experience the hardships that goes along with the free-will world, while they have a coach to help with the coping skills needed to make it without returning to the coping mechanism that they used previously, drugs or alcohol.
